Volume discount not showing or not applying? Check these

The offer does not show

1. App embed: in Online Store, Themes, Customize, open App embeds and make sure Happy Bundle is on, in the theme that is live.
2. Offer status: the offer is Active, and if it has a schedule, today is inside it.
3. Products: the product is in the offer, and not excluded. For collections, check the product is in the collection.
4. Another offer wins: one quantity break shows per product, and the most specific one wins (product, then collection, then store-wide). Check for another offer on the same product.
5. Theme template: the offer sits next to the add to cart button. A product template with no add to cart form (some theme templates and page builder layouts) has nowhere to show it. See theme setup.
6. Sold out: if the product is sold out and you chose to hide sold-out offers, nothing shows.

The offer shows, but the discount does not apply

1. Another product discount: outside Shopify Plus, an item can have one product discount. If another app's or Shopify's automatic product discount also matches the item, Shopify applies the better one for the customer.
2. A discount code: a code that does not combine with product discounts replaces the offer when Shopify thinks it is the better deal. Set the code to combine with product discounts. See discount codes and bundles.
3. Too many automatic discounts: Shopify allows 25 active automatic discounts, app discounts included.
4. Another bundle app: if you moved from another app, switch its app embed off so two widgets do not compete.
5. Checkout customizations: stores with old checkout.liquid customizations cannot combine some discounts, per Shopify.
